Yoga teaches us the importance of stretching and movement to increase flexibility,
balance, range of motion for our joints and overall body awareness. Yoga is for
everyone and for all ages! In this class we will use props to help us modify for our
individual needs. Individualized instruction will help you learn the postures (asanas)
regardless of your level of experience. Simple techniques for yogic breathwork
(pranyama) will also be included to help relieve stress and anxiety. Take control of
your body, mind and spirit by incorporating yoga into your life!
Most props will be provided, but feel free to bring your own mat.
